My address in payment notes.
Not strange that electronic componnets can die without explanation,
particularly early in their life. We offer 3 months warranty like
most of manufacturers do in this RC hobby industry. Similarly, If
you buy a phone, open the package after one year. then you find it
not working. I don't think they can offer you warranty.
If the computer board fails after 1 hour of operation, then the
reasons are
1 poor design for operating conditions
2 poor quality process & control in manufacturing
3 shipping damage
4 mistakes during integration and operation
A significant number of quadcopter collectors may be illiterate in
electronics and software. Some of them may be just idiots.
But my experience is 20 years in the software industry, I write
software for networked machines and machine tools.
I exclude points 3 and 4.
Matek creates hardware and microcode for a complex specific segment,
micro-aviation. In general, high-quality and solid.
I would not compare his products to a consumer computers sold at a
checkout in supermarkets.
This is higher.

Hi!
Sorry, we can't offer free replacement for products outside warranty
window. An exception could be made if you pay one way shipping
fees.
I can pay for shipping. No problem. I can buy a new stack and have
already looked one.
But is it normal for the equipment to fail after 1.5 hours
of total operation?
I made only first test flights
https://youtu.be/-mMcZygh_o8
https://youtu.be/0PB5AqjUkR0
https://youtu.be/3_FEga_FqVg
https://youtu.be/yKXnIpPlmFw
And the next day, when the power was connected, I had rubbish on my
hands. This is a good story for newsgroups and forums.
I am very disappointed. I hoped that Matek equipment is reliable.
It is logical that I asked about a replacement in this situation.
Will you be able to send a replacement if I pay for shipping or is bad
idea?

When and where did you buy it from?
If the purchase date is within 3 months, pls contact the dealer to
arrange a replacement of FCHUB-VTX
I bought this stack on 2020-07-09.
Order information attached.
I assure you, the refusal is not my fault - I am an old engineer,
and know about the limitations-requirements of complex systems.
I am very careful and really want to fly, and not waste time on
proceedings, your time and mine.
For a while, I tuned in and did not touch the 5“ quadcopter with the
stack and only flew with light 3” quadcopter.
Until I bought Skyzone FPV goggles instead of a Eachine DM helmet.
Five or six quadcopter tests in yard of a
house, and one “big” neat test flight in a field (I can send all
records of the flight), and the VTX/transmitter board was out of
order.
I understand one case is not an indicator, but can I trust in the
future?
And can you arrange for a warranty replacement the transmitter?
